Welcome! I am the CEO and founder of NIAGARA PSYCH NP IN PSYCHIATRY,PLLC. I am ANCC Board Certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 30+years of experience in nursing. I specialize in mental health services across the lifespan. I strive to meet each client where they’re at. Medication is valuable but are not the only form of treatment. Fees and Billings
Now accepting New York State Medicaid, select commercial insurance plans through Headway and Grow Therapy, and self-pay patients.
We do offer a sliding fee discount program based on family size and income to ensure that out of pocket expenses are manageable. Your mental health is important and we are committed to making care accessible to everyone regardless of their financial circumstances.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (75 minutes) $180.00
Follow up visit (40 minutes) $ 75.00
Cancellation Fee $ 50. 00 for cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Missed initial visit appointment fee $100.00
Missed follow - up visit fee $ 75.00
Forms of acceptable payment: Self pay, major credit cards, debit cards, Medicaid, commercial insurance through Headway and Grow Therapy.
PAPERWORK FEE
FMLA: $ 25.00
Single page letter: $ 10.00
Record copies: $ 0.50 per page.
